How Do I Trigger Frenzied Assault?

I noticed Frenzied Assault (DoT) was 35% of my damage on a rare target, but have no idea how, because I’ve never seen that ability before.

I looked online and it says it does 150% extra damage on bleeds, but I could not find out how it is triggered. It isn’t listed in the spell-book or talents, unless I missed it.

My assumptions are that it’s either triggered from Convoke the Spirits, or that my Details mod is out of date. Anyone know, please?

Talent Berserk:Frenzy
During Berserk your combo-point generating abilities bleed the target for an additional 150% of their direct damage over 8 sec.

So basically pressing berserk and pressing thrash, shred rake , brutal slash will deal and additional bleed based on their damage which stacks so convoke which spams a lot of abilties out will build up a lot of frenzied assault bleeds.
