How do I start the Highmountain quest line?

I never played legion. how do I start the highmountain quest line? I’m trying to unlock highmountain tauren.

You would need to first open up your Legion Order Hall. Once there, a quest should come up to select a zone to start in. You would then select Highmountain.

EDIT: This is similar to selecting a starting zone in BfA from the table in the great pyramid.

After completing the Highmountain storyline, you just need to go to the Orgrimmar Embassy to begin the recruitment quest chain.

Note: I don’t know if there’s a delay between that final Highmountain quest and first recruitment quest. So if the quest doesn’t show up in the embassy, relogging should resolve it.
