How do I shrink my chat box?

My chat screen (bottom left) stretches into my battle Icons (bottom middle) so I can’t read half of what’s going on. Nothing in Options will shrink the chat box away from battle Icons.

Another quick question…We can’t move the battle icons around anymore? Used to be in Options…action bars… uncheck the ‘lock Icon’ then you can move buttons around the way you like it, then hit ‘lock icons’ again & your all set.

I think you can just drag the edge of the chat box to resize it.

If that doesn’t work, and for you other question, use the new edit mode. It should be right around where there options were on the in game menu.
