How do I set up Bartender so I get Dragonriding abilities when mounted?

I tried the extra action bar, but it won’t disappear when I’m not mounted. I want the abilities to show only when I’m on a dragonriding mount. Thanks.

Enable state configuration and possess bar for bar 1, or whichever bar you want to swap to a dragonriding action bar.
