It’s too soon and too obvious for this kind of post, give it about a week and try again.

It doesn’t transmog; it isn’t a piece of gear. It’s a toy. It transmorphs…

Transmorph, transmog same thing. This is faulty advertising.

Use this beacon to summon an Ethereal Transmorpher who can turn you and your allies into some of the most fearsome foes Azeroth has ever known.

It also has pictures of the stuff it turns you into.

I hope your refund is denied.

*Transmorphs you into a frog…

I can’t believe there are people who are already taking the bait on this. Never change, community.

I wont but it but some might.

It isn’t a transmog toy though. It is a transmopher. The description tells you exactly what it does.

Contact Blizzard. Though they probably won’t refund it. Most digital sales are final. Read the description next time. It really is your own fault.

This is the second worst mailbox dance I’ve ever had…

/walks away sadly AGAIN

Have you asked to speak to a manager, Karen?

Clearly you haven’t worked in a customer service job in which people actually seriously demand things like the OP.

Some, at least. I’ve used it on four characters and none of the results are included in those images.

This is faulty trolling.

per blizzard policy “all sales are final”

you “may” be able to contact support and get a refund, but it depends if your lucky or not as they are not required to do refunds.

Ooh. Obvious bait and switch. Call your credit card company for a chargeback. /s

Not sure if you are trolling but it specifically says what the toy does. It says changes your appearance. It doesn’t say anything about transmogging your gear.

You don’t
No refund on digital items

If they don’t give me my money back the BBB will be hearing about their faulty advertising.

They got you, Neithal. RIP
