Not sure where to where or if I should report this. Someone on the WoW subreddit posted a screenshot of their party exploiting the last boss in Uldaman. I have the screen shot on the names/realm. I tried to open a ticket in game but it just tells me to right click their name and hit cheating. Obviously I cannot.

You should be able to open a ticket via the web page Warcraft Support Whether this will allow you to include screenshots or not I don’t know, but you can at least report the information you have directly to Blizzard.
Separate from the idea of reporting them specifically, you can submit bug and put in the critical details - how it is done.
