My battle.net app keeps trying to log me in with my old email making it impossible to use the app. I want to remove all saved data on my old email from the battle.net app. So i can use the new email i have to log in like normal.
As it stands i have to click continue without logging in or it forces me to attempt a log in under my old email. I just want to delete ally saved data so i can log in without it prompting the old email.
They should accomplish that
To clear the cache and local files
Close Blizzard programs: End all Battle.net and game processes using Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac).
Delete the cache and folders:
Windows: Press Windows Key + R, type %ProgramData%, and delete the Battle.net folder inside. You can also manually delete the contents of the cache folder at %ProgramData%\Battle.net\Cache.
Mac: Navigate to /Users/Shared/Blizzard or /Users/Shared/Battle.net and delete the Battle.net folder.
Restart the app: Launch the Battle.net app again. It will recreate the necessary files and folders.
