How do I recraft my own Algari Alchemist Stone?

I go to the bench and can’t see a recraft option? Is the only way for me to increase my own alc trinket ilvl to burn another spark?

Probably an oversight.

They did re-add the ability to shatter in Enchanting.

Alchemy Essentials → Recraft Equipment…?

You learn that once you have 25 Khaz Algar Alchemy, I believe.
