How do I power level

So I have 4 guildies that want me to PL them on my main. They all started new toons at lvl 10 and joined my lvl 60 Warrior.

So we have full group of 5. Tank, Heal, 3 DPS. 4 lvl 10’s and 1 lvl 60 - Is there a way to PL them in dungeon queues or some other way I might be missing? Only dungeon we could queue for was Alt Dazar or whatever and it was a disaster.

I just queued as this toon with 4 guildies and got DESTROYED by the first group in like 4 seconds. Is it possible? Am I doing something wrong? Levels too far apart? Any tips? :slight_smile:

As a 60? You could run them through dungeons… but to queue (that bonus xp is everything)… youd have to be <lvl50

So the 50% bonus is only through the dungeon queue?

Crap, no possible way to PL with my 60 my 4 guildies and have the 50% buff?

Just…quest.

U can get some quick xp in sw stockade. But ultimately youll run more dungeons (faster) for less xp than queue.

Which is faster? Dunno. Depends on your speed

All levelling is power levelling in retail WoW,

takes a few days casual dungeon spam or a few hours questing if you can be bothered.

Just roll a tank alt and have one of your pals heal and it’s gg - instant queues, like 1 level every 10 mins

This. Slower dungeons but more xp.

Or use that party sync option to delevel and queue (does that work at 60?)

Ok, so my 60 can’t power level a group of 4 level 10’s? That is what I am asking. I get the other ways to do it (quests, roll a tank and healer etc)?

I haven’t done that style of leveling for years and years - xp mob farming in dungeons.

I think it’s best to just queue dungeons because of the bonus xp from random queue

It’s not like you can take your lvl 10 friends into a level 60 dungeon and get xp from level 60 mobs so better off just queueing it fairly sure

When you buy KSM/aotc just to get pulled apart in a leveling dungeon. :skull: :ok_hand:

You technically can. Is it faster than lvl appropriate queue? Dont know.

There’s a lot of hidden factors too.

If you power level one place you can’t do the dungeon quest again. Whereas if you Queue for cataclysm classic you have multiple quests to do on top of the bonus XP.
But no you can’t queue with them being max. Party sync will Delevel you

Tbh, if you wanted to cheese it - make a heap of level 10 mages and keep swapping them out every few levels

Level 10 mage arcane explosion spam does some ridiculous damage tbf

It’s not feasible in reality but if someone prepared like 10-15 mages they could level their friends super fast due to the speed you’d be clearing dungeons :joy:

Oh man, that is beautiful. You actually added zero to this post but then took the time to check on my profile and then insult the way I choose to play. That is so awesome, sorry for your sadness. I buy everything… EVERYTHING. If they had 100 more store mounts I would buy those too. Probably going to buy, with gold, 1800 PVP rating so I can have the same MOG and achievements you have and do like1/20th of the work you did. I pay for everything I don’t feel like doing in game and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for reminding me!

I pushed 1800 on every class with a friend this season and it was pretty fun.

I work, wife and 4 kids… not possible for me so I buy what I can’t attain… its fun for ME… its what I enjoy doing.

My healer is usually only on for a couple hours a week because of work and his kid but we still mange to get gladiator and +20s done together. Perhaps you’re not budging out your time in-game very efficiently?

If you enjoy buying things so much then why powerlevel your guildies alts? Just give them the gold to buy lvl 60 boosts off the store.
