The content remains. The talent system is infinitely better. Use Chromie Time and then level lock and enjoy the content.

There’s a section in the EULA that says blizzard can change the game in basically any way they want.
Yanno, OP, if you’re that dissatisfied with WoW and its ability to let you play previous expansions, you should take a gander at FFXIV.
XIV always lets you play old content to 90% faithfulness. Every quest, every area, every dungeon, every raid. It’s all there for you to enjoy today, at relevant level no matter what level you are or what point you are in the story (so long as you’ve gotten up to that point and unlocked it first).

I’m not sure if this is a serious post or some odd bait. Because it is obvious to anyone that you can play Classic, Classic TBC and Classic Wrath and tht the other expansions are not currently available in the Classic format.
The game moves on, from expansion to expansion. It changes over time. Until somebody invents time travel, you cannot go back and play non-Classic format expansions as they were back when they were released.
Your questions seem rather…fishy…to me.
I’m going to go ahead a state with a fair bit of confidence that most people do not read those. Blizzard also bullies people into agreeing to conditions etc… after people have paid for/ used or made non refundable the product for which they are entering an agreement for. I would also argue most people who use Blizzard services don’t have the attention span to make it through a paragraph never mind the redundant drivel that follows.
Guessing you mean play them like when they were current content? You will have to wait and see if they ever decide to make classic versions of those expansions probably. TBC they did have a classic, but don’t know if you can still play it with WOLK classic being the thing currently. Been stat, level squishes, etc since they were current.
The TOS is bloated legalese that basically says Blizz can do whatever they want whenever they want. If they shut down the servers, sucks to be us.
