Its a very delicate issue, as long as your key strike, does the same action along all instances, that should be oki… but the moment one key strike does more then one type of action, then it can be automation… as far as i understand it…
I did, i actually downed the first boss in SFK 5boxing 1 war 3 shams and 1 mage. I used HotkeyNet on the stress test.

I get a blue text when I hit ‘r=ctrl’ it says the windows are renamed, then I hit ‘t’ and get an error message. The windows are not renaming at all.
I am using this one, but it doesn’t seem to be working for me- I removed the > and the < because it would show up for me.

I’ve got a super simple guide you can follow.
Step 1: get yourself a box.
Step 2: get another box.
Congratulations! You are now a multiboxer. Repeat step 2 until you feel you have enough boxes.
