The sanity bar in the visions basically covers my entire character and I cant even see ground affects under me. I’ve tried a lot of things and nothing helps, I’m losing my actual sanity trying to see the hazards that are destroying me 
At work so I can’t try, but I would assume the addon Move Anything would take care of it for you.

I think the unit is designated an “extra action bar” if that helps
Probably gonna need to use an add-on for it.
I updated my Elv UI and it replaced and moved it to a good spot
