How do I move the quest item button?

I’m trying to move the button for the spell “Poison Tipped Dart” in this instance. I have the dominos 8.3.2-beta5 add on in BFA.

Open the game menu (Esc.)\Interface\Action Bars.

See what key you have set in the “Pick Up Action Key” entry and hold that key to move items on your Dominos action bars.

The pick up action key works for spells on the action bars, but not for the quest item icon. For example, when you are doing a world quest that requires you to absorb azerite, the icon for the heart of azeroth shows towards the lower center of the screen. That is the button I want to move. It is covering my dominos action bars.

That would be the Extra Action bar or /dom, Configure bars and move the Extra bar.
