How do I Move the 'Mailbox UI'?

Trying to move the mailbox popup window, can’t figure out how to do it…Thought it might work like the chat window, but no luck so far.

I found this add-on for temporarily moving frames. It does not permanently move them but I found it very useful.

You can enclose a link with grave accents so it’ll still show as plain text without the forums fussing about hyperlinks. On standard keyboards it’s the tilda key, next to 1.

I never used it but MoveAnything was often recommended for uses like this. There were issues in early BfA but it appears to have finally been updated, so you could check that one out too.
