I’m having a problem where I unlocked World Quests last week, and right now I’m trying to do activities for the General’s Severed Threads faction, but there’s no WQs showing up on the map in Azj-Kaheet.
Last week when I first unlocked WQs, there were a good amount there, but now there’s nothing, even after the Tuesday resets.
What I doing wrong?

They don’t all spawn at once anymore.

Does it take a couple days? There used to be timers on them showing when they expire, and when new ones pop up. Did they get rid of that?
a few will spawn per day, but have you re-forged your pact for this week?
Yea, the blue reforge quest popped up, and then I picked the General again, but no WQ’s popped up.
I did a few of those 1-off Yellow “!” quests too, but none of them reward credit for the General’s tracker. Seems like only WQs count, but I have no WQs there now.

The timer on how much time is remaining is still there in the tooltip if you mouse over them.
It appears they use a rotation similar to Zaralek Caverns where a few quests rotate in and out every day at the reset, while races and pet battles have their own rotation schedule separate from other world quests.
Some WQs are added after doing an associated side quest so that may be part of the issue regarding absent WQs.
some quests are locked behind quests make sure you done all the quests in the world, other then that… its so boring we have to wait. They got rid of the daily world quest resets and now they reset like once or twice a week and there is only like 5 per zone. I think your suppose to spam delves but can’t do that much sense well… season 1 is still a week away.
Yea, I started cleaning up all the Yellow ! Quests I missed while doing the Main Story quest, and one of them did show “World Quest for this quest unlocked” as soon as I finished it.
So, looks like I’ll be spending the rest of the week just doing all the side quests I missed so I can do the world quests.
Theres too many renown factions to grind out and limited ways to work on them.
You only unlock basic world quest till you do side quest which unlock more. if you dont and one of them pop up you won’t see it as you’ve never done it. this why theres people who have no world quest for 2 weeks now as they’ve done no side quest and just the main story.
You only unlock the basic few per zone which will not always be up. you’ll be stuck with pet quest mainly or climbing or picture ones if you don’t do every side quest. not sure why this is a thing now but yeah.
Nothing. I believe they are not putting in enough quantity of world quests at this time.
Sometimes mine aren’t showing up on the normal map, but when i open up the flight path options map i can see extra ones through that only, super strange. The WQ are there when i fly to them to check it out, they just don’t show properly on the map 
Yep. It’s Blizzard’s “nudge” to encourage side quest skippers to not skip them I guess.
One silver lining is that once you do all of the side quests, and do the WQs as they pop up in the zones (and the zone specials for the first three), you should be close to renown 10 in all of them, which is a nice starting place to be when S1 comes.
Nothing, there’s only like 1-3 new quests per zone per day.
Personally I wish there were more as well, but I’m happy with them.
This week the campaign quest wasn’t showing up at all for me. I had to look up on wowhead for quests and then flew over to find it. But it really made it hard when I dropped the quest because of the bugging out.
Very odd 
I haven’t been using any addons (there have been so many problems for me with lag and broken addons) but I’m wondering if world quest addon would be helpful again at this point.
theres not a lot and they dont come back fast at all.
