And the other person you tried to cast it on was in your group? and/or you confirmed this trinket works on people not in your group?
Also, this goes without saying, but you’ve double checked that the version on your bars is in fact the macro and not just the item?
Did you ever get any resolution? I strictly use the one I (Sumnisa) posted above and it never fails. Doesn’t matter if they are in my party or not. and if I need to just cast it on myself I just don’t mouse over anyone.
Short of getting in discord and having you stream what you are doing. I unfortunately have to suggest this is a pebcak error.
