It may sound like a silly question,but after doing my corrupted area for rank six and killing the dwarf guy I went into that little portal that sends you back to the cathedral area.I just wanted to leave and get my book,but I couldn’t find a portal just to leave the instance so I killed Alleria to end the vision.I will need to do 2 corrupted areas next to get my 2 pages and I may not have enough time to defeat her.So where is exit and how do I leave?I checked online and watched vids,but it is never addressed.Thanks in advance.
I think the only way the instance ends without screwing you out of loot is if you die, run out of sanity, or if you kill the final boss (Alleria/Thrall)

When you run out of sanity, M.O.T.H.E.R. will port you out just like she does after you kill the Boss.
