How do I know which servers are in my "group"?

Used to be battlegroup, but I see people from Area52 in mine, and it’s not listed in the battlegroup. AFAIK guilds are not cross-realm entirely, right? How do I know which servers have people I could invite?

Here’s some.

Thanks! But my realm isn’t listed in any of those.

Edit: Looking for connected realms I find this but it just says not connected to any… does it mean I can only inv people on same realm? https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/14296

I don’t believe battlegroups exist anymore. Now its just a case of if your server is connected to others or not but otherwise all will shard together unless its a region/rp thing.

If you’re making a group I don’t think it matters just you can’t trade with them.

I wanna invite people to my guild. I just wanna know which servers I’m limited to.

Guilds have always been server locked unless you’re on a connected server. The only way to advertise is via trade chat, discord, server forums or the guild finder.

I think the way CRZ interacts with RP realms is different. I’m in EmDream, too, and it’s very ghost-town like, but in other PVE servers, the CRZ seems to be…stronger. I think this was done on purpose to limit the amount of non-RP servers that RP realms, like EmDream, connect with.

Ahh ok. I just moved from a server with many connected servs, we had multiple cross-realm people in another guild, I thought it was all from battlegroup.

I guess the answer to that then is “Only Emerald Dream” for this one. Ty all!

It looks like you can do that only on your server now until it is connected. You can do quests and everything else with invites, except trading.

That’s a funny way people describe Emerald Dream. WPVP is less active than my old cluster, but everything else is way more active. What would that one be called? Dead place? Lol

Quick example: No one killed rares. I was a bit like “omg what. they kill rares here?!!”

There are definitely active guilds, but going to Oribos, for example, on another high pop/full realm and sometimes it’s as full as EmDream Valdrakken. Things like that are what I’m more referring to - the world doesn’t feel as populated. When I was doing the dream splurges a couple weeks ago, sometimes it was just me and one or two other people attacking a rare. I’ve not tried them for a week or two, maybe it’s changed?

You can trade with them now.

They are not connected to any realms and they can trade?

Yeah. I can trade with people in my current raid group when they are on the Aegwyn cluster and I am on an RP server.

I’m rarely seeing people with war mode on, that’s for sure. When dreamsurges hit up the ruby pools were a constant warzone in Korgath. But after it moved to O’naran it was already way less active and that’s when I transferred. I guess it’s the usual waves of activity, so hard to tell. Still, activity or not, rares just sat in the map forever. Couldn’t even find people to do them after asking in /1

It’s always intriguing to see what type of content people do the most in each server. I’ll miss WPvP but I was sorely missing not seeing server names everywhere and having people that just wanted to have a good time around. Nearly non-existant in Korgath.

Thank for tell me ,must be new.

oooh, well, that may explain how we’re seeing different groups of population. Ironically, I’m never in WM, so I bet I’m seeing far less for that reason alone.
