How do i know of Cerseis Circlet is maxed? I asked in game and someone said “you wont be able to upgrade when you get a citrine” or something like that but i have no idea wtf that means.

Any help? Explain it like im a casual.

658 ilvl is max. You’ll know it’s maxed when it is 658.
