I’m in NA and wanted to join EU servers. I can’t see Spineshatter or any other EU on the list for Anniversary. I can see the AU servers though, so cant be a region thing right? How can I join Spineshatter?
You need to pay a EU sub as well. It is a region thing.
You can level from 1-20 on Retail with a trial account in the other region - that’s how I as an EU player am able to write here at all
You can change your regional settings in the launcher drop down menu.
Oh wow… but how come I can play in AU servers then?
So I have to pay two subscriptions… smh… does anyone know what time the EU servers at set to?
That would be weird to pay two subs just for the time zone. You could join EU servers back in the day.
Because AU is part of the US region
Paris time (GMT +1). It is now 23.08 here server time.
it is odd we should have the option
but maybe it’s a bunch of eurozone legal things preventing it
go to battle net eu site, create account and when you login battle net with that account name/pass you will find all eu servers once you open the game. you will see all the eu servers “English/French/espa…etc”
Note1: that sometimes when you google wow shop it auto open the site based on your IP location so make sure you are on Eu.shop before u buy the game time token/time/subs.
Note2: paying subs on eu with non eu card on a total new account might get rejected for security reasons but you can easily add your EU account to real id friend list with your main us account then gift that eu account game time from eu shop
CET +1
it is now 00:00 MidNight in EU when it is 4PM realm time on anniversary.
It’s not odd at all.
It’s a completely different database… how they have done it for decades.
We are the NA database, EU has one, Asia has another.
