How do I hit with 4 mil chaos bolts in PvP

My warrior was getting 4 mil chaos bolted. My fully geared lock can only hit 2.1 on the training models. wtf is this

Are you practicing on the PvE model or don’t have PvP gear on? PvP scaling is higher with WMode on when you engage in PvP combat.

Same, most I can get on target dummy is about 2.1 mil but in arena/bgs I see 4+mil often

Something is busted with the dummy. It’s not accurate damage of what bolt does to a player.
