Yeah, it is per character.
Basically you post every day but never have an opinion on anything

How do you know your trust rank
You’re trust level 2 at the moment.
Click on your avatar and then add .json at the end of the url and search trust in all the gibberish that comes up.
WoW111 and I’m incredibly controversial and moderately insane! how many trusts are there?
Unless they added more since I’ve been gone, just three.
I’m too spicy of a panda to have TL3.
From Siyanti’s post pinned in General Discussion HERE on how the Discourse forums work…
Trust Levels
Trust levels are a participation system on the forums. The more you post, like, reply, read, and visit the forums, the more you work your way to a higher trust level. Increased Trust levels grant additional privileges. Everyone who is new starts off at Trust Level 0 but will quickly climb by reading and visiting the forums within their first few days.

I thought complaining and having more forum time than game time ranked you up, while waving a Minecraft sword of trophies for everyone.
this is perfect for real life too!
Awww I got suspended once on an alt making fun of a PvP rager I’ll never get level 3
Don’t feel bad I get banned for 3 days all the time and I keep the highest trust level.

No idea.
I just had an account suspension last week for having some fiery words lol, and it lasted for a week. It was another word for male genitalia.
In fact, I get suspended multiple times a year, each expansion, whenever I’m active in the forums lol.
Yet, still able to post videos and photos.
I think it’s based on how long you’ve been around.
I think WoW veterans can post, no matter how they act lol. I have been able to, at least.
