The other day I was trying to do a few quests but I was unable to complete them due to not being able to interact with a quest npc (insider trading) even when trying to do it in order.
Am I bricked from shadowlands on some characters?
you have to do starting quest. I had that issue when i went on an alt and couldnt see anyone.

I went to chromie, entered shadowlands TL, then found a portal to the Maw in the center of Org. I think this will get me on track finally. It was incredibly hard to figure this out xD I was on the Campaign quest " Fear to Tread" that I was finally able to resume.
