How Do I Get to BfA?

I’ve reached level 110 with my Horde toon, but I’m not being offered any quests to journey to BfA. What am I missing?

Yes, I have the expansion. I have three toons at 120.

Go to your capital city and if it doesn’t show up, log off and log in back again to see if it triggers the quest.

If alliance Stormwind if Horde Orgrimar

Logging out and logging back in seemed to work.

The same thing has to be done at 98 to start Legion and at 90 to start WoD. There must be some technical limitation that requires a relog to establish your eligibility with the server for the new expansion starter.
