Ya everytime i get a helm that looks like a witch hat I send it to my clothies so they can learn it. I think I have 3 different colored ones too. No black tho

If you hover over the item in your appearance tab in game it tells you where it’s from, Wikket witch opera event in return to karazhan in this case.

Little known other place, veiledly argunite turn in at legion argus armor guy (selecting hat, for cloth casters)

So my priest still bothers to do legion mission board for arg, but no luck yet.
