This is one of those things where if I click the link I catch it too. No thank you. I’ve had one to many bulging cysts lanced from links like that. Well, I mean I got the cysts from the link. I have them lanced because they are so delicious. like a milkshake that never melts.
Its the dad gum raid control bar thingy that appears when in a raid or party.

In case you’re actually concerned, imgur is a legitimate image host. It was designed for reddit before reddit had it’s own in-house image hosting.
It’s effectively a slightly more modern version of the older stuff like imageshack and photobucket, for most use cases.

I do not believe you can. at least not without a mod.
If you look at the UI edit screen this object appears and is not editable. It’s the only item that appears that does not have an ‘edit box’
