There is quite the difference between them not being able to provide that information openly to the entire world on this forum, and for them to provide it in a closed support ticket.
Your link does not clarify this. AS the request is for the member to ask for it here, on the forums. To which the respoonse is they no longer provide that anymore. Does that mean anymore here on the forums, or Anymore everywhere?
At this point, that’s kind of the response I’d like to receive. Just tell me “No, get lost” Or “Yeah, we sure can provide that. We just need to perform these additional steps, and we apologize that its even more steps on top of the ones you’ve already performed to date.”
I’d also like to state, that if my second response to my inquiry had been a confirmation of “No, we cannot provide that due to X policy.” That I most likely would have stopped creating responses to my ticket. However, It’s a little wild to think that 5 random personnel are providing wrong resources/responses/solutions and only 4 are providing the right one even though they differentiate themselves in the reasoning.
