Im stuck here. My hearth is destroyed, and the portal in the tower doesn’t work. Please help

Isn’t there a flight path there?? It’s been so long since I’ve been, I forget…

Is there an innkeeper? Think they can replace your stone.

Yes but it only lets me set the hearthstone to that inn. but ill look more for a flightpath, it’s not in the middle area. oh yeah I found it now, Im dumb. thanks everyone, been wondering how to get off here for the past 30 minutes lol

If you have the option to see the flight master on your minimap that will help.

There’s always an option to replace your hearthstone separate from setting it to that area. So something is either bugged, an add-on is blocking it or you just missed that option.

Just being nosey… why was your hearthstone destroyed in the first place?

Also, if you get stuck somewhere again, just post here. Myself and several others have both Horde and Alliance mages and are happy to help. I’ve saved a good handful of people on the forums here with my mages.

I destroyed it to make room in inventory to sell stuff. was pretty stupid of me.

most of my characters don’t even have hearthstones.

i use the toybox hearthstones so i don’t have to carry one with me :slight_smile:

They are very handy to have, just in case that accidental loss happens. Strangely, I have never in 11 years of playing, accidentally destroyed my hearthstone. Of course, saying that now, I am sure to do it sometime.

Not to say I haven’t done some truly silly things, like falling off levels in a certain Wrath dungeon and plummeting to my death… :sunglasses:

Fun Fact for Alliance Players while this thread is relevant;

If you take a flight path from Ironforge to Quel’danas, you will be teleported there instantly.

LOL! nice that the OP got off the island finally. Also, Cata archeology, and every major holiday event have toy hearth stones that you can collect. I toss my hearth stone, and drag one from my toybox over to a side action bar these days. Saves bag space.

Here is one example of what I am talking about.

So I can set my hearthstone, stick it in my bank and just open my toy box and use one of those when I am out and about the realm?

yep!

free up one valuable bag slot :slight_smile:

if you don’t want to be constantly destroying hearthstones, you can put the physical item in your bank and you won’t be given another one

if you don’t want to waste the bank slot, you can just destroy it
