How do i get fragment of spark this week?

cleared the whole raid and didnt get one, got my last one from arena so not sure how to get them in pve. i know we’re at 1.5 total sparks this week

PvP, Any PvE Content… LFR even would grant one.

If you are up to date, the pve weekly (this week it is the 100 titan artifacts) or the sparks of war quest.

Raids etc only drop spark fragments if you are behind.

I did the gobfather world boss, half a spark dropped–havent’t been playing that alt much. They are being good at keeping you caught up with sparks when you missed a week.

Since you only get half a spark this week you can just skip doing the quest, then do it next week and get one from catch up.

Only have to do the quest every other week that way.
