How do I get Fang of Oblivion from Ulduar legacy?

Attention all transmog experts. I am trying to get the Fang of Oblivion. One of the best looking daggers in the game (the constellation looking one). It says you are supposed to either kill Algalon the Observer or Assembly of the Iron in Hardmode. It also says you don’t need to complete the whole raid in Hardmode just that you need to defeat the specific boss encounter on hardmode. For The Assembly I have killed Steelbreaker last like a million times and the dagger has not dropped (has like a 13% chance or something). Ive also killed Algalon a million times as well with no avail. I’ve done this on druids and rogues. No luck.

Am I missing something?

Sometimes RNG is just lame

Plus ulduar bosses have huge boss tables now cuz its 10 and 25 man loot

As far as I can tell it is just dropped by the trio.

Spam trio on normal for a month.

yes 10char… ig maybe it is just lower now? I have run this thing like 100 times by now
