The pier has no boat currently. What am I missing?
I took the boat initially but now there is no sign of one. I also haven’t seen the Kul 'Tiran boat.
Note* I can see the boat from a long distance away but as I get closer is phases out.
You could try the portal room, there should be one for the isles
The boat/zeppelin glitches out alot. Took me an hour last night to actually see one appear. Which then crashed. I did get on one eventually though.
Nothing in the portal room.
I am going to try and take the boat from boralus to Stormwind to see if I can glitch it back 
Full servers had a difficult time yesterday. I play on 4 servers and 2 were fine and 1 was not playable yesterday.

Low bad. For whatever reason, they had it cross realmed with a full so it didn’t work.

I took the boat from Boralus to SW and it almost DC’d then phased me to the old pier with no boat again. Looks like there is no hope.
There is a new portal in the Orgrimmar portal room, not sure if it works at the moment.
I found the fix!
I had to accept the legion invasion from that expansion and it sends you to the instance invasion from the start of that expansion. I then left the “instance grp” and skipped the intro. It phased me back to the portal room and when I flew back to the pier the boats were working.

I didn’t have to start the instance, I just had to get ported to Dalaran from the quest and then port back to SW, but happy something worked.
This character is logged out at the SW docks.
Last night, we had a group of about 40 people just waiting around for the boat, only to see it materialize off in the distance, sailing away.
We all waved goodbye to it.

I wonder if the opposite factions boat can be used?
Why wouldn’t you save your hearth at an inn before leaving the Isles?
Seems like an easy fix.
