How do I get all the portals?

People keep asking me for ports to dalaran - broken isles and i dont have that spell… where do i get it?

Main cities have a portal trainer. You learn them there

IIRC, the portal trainer in Dalaran was in the building directly across from where the hearthstone dropped everyone.

You may have to start the legion quest line to get it.
