How do I get a gun as dwarf?

Hi. Sorry if this has already been asked, but I tried searching and most information seemed old or obsolete.

Can I get a gun as a dwarf? Is there a racial trait for it? How do I find them?

Warriors cannot use guns (or bows or crossbows). They used to be able to use them, but at some point that ability was removed. Being a dwarf doesn't make any difference.

Hunters are the only class that can use a gun, so if you want a dwarf with a gun it will have to be a Hunter.

If you need a ranged attack on your Warrior use Heroic Throw.

I disagree with Tureja, Warriors can use Guns, and Crossbows-but there are not special abilities associated with that class. In other words, the only reason why you’d want to use them, or pick them up is for transmog purposes only. I have a Warrior that I buy guns for so I can use them on my hunter. Other then that, you can really technically use them for spells, and abilities unfortunately. This will change though when Wow Classic comes out, because you were able to use them to pull mobs, and what not.

I can equip a crossbow on my warrior, but I don’t see any way to use it. His spell book doesn’t have any kind of shoot ability, auto-attack doesn’t work, and his Weapon Skills passive doesn’t list any ranged weapons. So unless you can tell me how you are shooting things on your warrior, I stand by my statement that warriors can’t use guns.
