They are made by people with the inscription profession. You either need to make it yourself or buy it on the AH.

Oh, you mean, where do you get one? Buy it off the AH, I think that scribes make them.

But I don’t understand, Potato. I thought Blizzard wanted to slow people down to keep them subbed. Making it faster to get rep with the 7th Legion goes against that theory.

TBH I’m not even sure why they’re needed. 7th LEgion is one of the easiest reps to get this expansion. I’ve gotten at least 5 paragon chests from them so far, and I’m almost on my 6th.
