Hit level 51 and all dungeons got locked out because I need at least 80 iLvl to run just one of the BFA dungeons.
I am at around 55 iLvl
I’m doing the story quests in BFA and the gear drops 57-59 iLvl gear…
How do I run RDF?
Do I have to just quest until 60?

You don’t. No one over the level of 50 can queue for a BfA dungeon.
However, if BfA goes Chromie Time, you will be able to.
Go to stormwind and start the Shadowlands campaign it will be automatic. You’ll eventually unlock Shadowlands dungeons if you want. Or stay in kul tiris and keep on doing the story quests if you are having fun.
The prepatch starts on the 17th or something? And there is catch up gear for level 60s

You don’t level in the maw/torghast, you can spam shadowland dungeons or do objectives in any of the 4 zones.
Most time efficient method is SL Threads of Fate open world quests for the 90+ilvl gear rewards that scale with your ilvl. Am currently doing that myself on my new main for DF.
When I got there last I bought cheap gear off the AH to gear up to where I could do dungeons and then I spammed them. I also do not want to step foot in Shadowlands ever again if I can. I had my fill.
I found a lot of crafted Shadowlands gear is 80 or so.
You can skip the intro with the maw and go straight to Oribos.
Then click threads of fate and just dungeon spam SL dungeons.
RDF lockouts are destroying the community.
