I’ve run BRD three times and still have no idea how to finish this quest, the one called KILL ON SIGHT: High Ranking Dark Iron Officials. Where in the dungeon are those mobs?
Check out the map at https://classicdb.ch/?quest=4081 and directly under the picture of the map is a button labeled “Objectives: Blackrock Depths” when you hover over it. That will show you known locations of the quest mobs.
I find myself using that site a lot when I get stuck on a something that even questie isn’t helping with, so keep it in mind the next time you’re stuck as well 
If it’s killing soldiers, medics, and officers, IIRC those are found throughout the upper and mid levels after the Ring of Law, and you might need to run the dungeon more than once to get enough.
