How do I dismiss Earth Elemental as Resto?

So, am I stupid?

I started playing Resto shaman recently, and so far so good, but I don’t know how to dismiss my earth elemental or if I even can do it. When I right click the ele theres no “dismiss pet” option.

So, am I stupid and is it obvious, or am I missing something?

Under your portrait in the Default UI there’s an icon for the elemental. Right-clicking that icon should dismiss the pet. This is similar to the totem UI

It’s not a dismiss drop down on the Elemental’s unit frame.

If you have Primal Elemental talented, it’ll be displayed as a full pet and there will be a drop down there and on the unit frame if you have the elemental selected.

Enable totems in ui.
You can right click it off.

For anyone using shadowed unit frames add on: you can enable dismissable totem bars. Under player, bars, totems, dismissable totem bar. It will add a little red bar that shrinks and counts down that you can right click to dismiss.

While mounted or in combat sometimes it bugs and won’t dismiss…
It errs on the side of not dismissing vs dismissing easily… I guess?
