How do I disable tooltip? it's annoying in Arena please help

I tired everything but nothing works and there is no option in interface to disable it when I hover voer something the tooltip window pops up

I’m not but my mouse sometimes hovers

ok? why would your cursor be anywhere near your icons like at all?

because I’m playing with a very zoomed in UI
