How do I disable blizzard rogue ui?
“Rogue UI” is kind of vague, you’re going to have to be more specific. What particular UI element are you unhappy with? Depending on what it is, you may be able to install an addon that will either disable it or replace it with something you like better.

Well I can’t screen shot it… but the rogue hp/energy/combo point bar that moves with your character.
You can disable that by going into Interface > Names and unchecking “Personal Resource Display.”
