How do I disable all sounds in game except for DBM?

Is their a way to turn off in game sound or turn it down and just have my DBM do announcements like usual? Thanks.

Ctrl+S to turn off sounds
Ctrl+M to turn off music

Tried and it turns off DBM

Hit escape, then options, then audio then disable sounds
