How do I change SHIFT + NUMBER changing hotbars?

I cant find a hot key option to do so.

If you are talking about the option to cycle your hotbar to another set then that option is in Options → Keybindings → Action Bar (note there is no S) down near the bottom just above "Toggle action bar lock

I know this wasn’t meant for me but thank you anyway as it enabled me to get rid of the numbers on my action bar art.
