can you still get this cape? We cant kill the Nyaloltha boss without it. we keep getting mind controlled.
it’s the Wrathion questline that takes you below Karazhan if i remember. HoO is part of it with Magni so maybe that’s where it starts.

Have you done the Nazjatar intro quest? IIRC that’s a prerequisite.

You watch, Blizzard will remove the questline and the cloak will be unobtainable and nobody who doesn’t have the clock will be able to do the b…

They took out a cloak that allows you to fight one outdoor boss on Timeless isle, a boss that is literally gets one shot now and rewards one piece of gear worth worrying about for one class.
Yes, it should be put back in the game asap for newer players to experience the quest line. But let’s not act like they’re blocking players from experiencing anything major.

Was just thinking that. I am all for making some content skip-able, but removing it all together seems foolish.
Yes, I am still bitter that they removed the battle for undercity.

I did it on my toons at the time but I’d like my alts to get the cloak, the WoD ring, just to do the quest lines… heck bring back the staff to teleport to Kara even though we have a ring to replace it who cares now
i have a guildmate who is stuck on the quest so i dont know if its bugged. it is still there though
I’ve gotten the cloak on a total of 8 characters since Dragonflight started (I got it on the first 2 at the beginning of Shadowlands).
There’s nothing wrong with the quest, I completed it on yet another alt on Saturday.
Note: The Wrathion questline that takes you below Karazhan is NOT part of the legendary cloak quest. It’s a lore quest to show how Ebyssian was saved from being corrupted.
Also, once you complete the quest once, you can skip 2 different scenarios on alts, I can do the entire questline in under an hour now.
Has that ever happened? Which raid is now impossible to clear due to removed quest lines?

you mean like an entire armor set for xmog that is otherwise only obtainable via the BMAH because no cloak = no drops or access to kill the boss there?
Just the one optional boss on Timeless Isle. It’s not really a raid, but it did take a raid group to clear when current. You automatically “jump” to his platform (the only way to reach it) as long as 1 character on your account previously completed the legendary quest.

There is one hunter piece (I think hunter) the rest all have alternate means to acquire. If you let me know what set I can point you to the options
