They are titan constructs. So they were made. Do they maybe have access to one of the titan facilities to make more?

Earthen Opening quests have them made in some kind of factory.

I threw a rock really hard at another rock, and then there were a lot of tiny rocks around.
You see when an igneous rock and Sedimentary love each other very much they apply heat and friction until a metamorphic rock is produced.

They don’t. Truly new Earthen haven’t been made in thousands of years. Instead, when their bodies wear down, the memories and personalities are extracted into a gigantic archive, and periodically they manufacture new bodies and download personalities back into them.
However, all of this machinery has stopped working over the millennia, and their numbers are running out. Part of the early campaign is to repair it so that Earthen can be restored again.

The same way as Dracthyr- they don’t.
There are a finite number of them, they were simply created by a higher power.
I wonder what their love life is like when sex isn’t a thing that exists. Just cuddles I guess, lol.
Also, why do they need to be male/female if no natural reproduction? Same with Dracthyr lol. Kinda odd.
They should both be genderless, but aren’t for reasons?

If I had to guess, the Titans make their creations with visible (if vestigial) genders because they themselves are gendered. Why the Titans are gendered, I couldn’t say.
Dracthyr themselves don’t really seem to have natural genders, they just pick whatever feels most appropriate for their visages - which they too learned from their creators.
Theyre created not born.
Although i do have to wonder if Earthen are functional in the bedroom.
Why? Because if they lack those parts, why did the curse of flesh apply them? The curse of flesh doesnt seem to have added or removed any other parts.
Am i over thinking? Yes.

I heard they were put there in a can, by a man, in a factory down town.
Yeah, the whole thing just brings up even more questions lol.
Chopped off each others arms, dump it in water to make clay and mould a new “baby”. Grab some random soul from SL and we have a new life.
I hear one of there quests is getting a factory that makes earthern up and running again.
