How do Blizzard intend for us to farm valorstones?

So far they have nerfed the two fastest methods to obtain valorstones. If they don’t like how we are doing things why don’t they tell us how they intend for us to gather them and just make that good rather than nerf everything else.

you get like 60 from m+ if it increases rating

I was honestly just thinking the same to myself.

I even thought they were made plentiful in heroic dungeons to make people run those dungeons. Like, at a certain point the crests put a ceiling on upgrades anyway, so nerfing valorstones in H.Dungeons seems like overkill.

Indeed, is doing daily world quests now the best way to obtain them?

My money’s on them nerfing the valorstones from treasures next. Slapping a weekly cap of like 10-15 from treasures or even removing them entirely.

i got 81 from a +4 NW tonight. 56 base, 25 bonus.

for real man you should not worry , im aleardy capped working on runed crest for the rest of week. farm delve,dungeon,raids

M+ offers a good amount 60-80, handing in 5 radiant echoes is as many as 400. Delves give 25 each plus the aforementioned radiant echoes.

they drop in the raid quite a bit. do some LFR, a couple normal bosses… some M+… it’s easy.

Start of tier, not enough valorstones, 2 weeks at most pass and turns into ‘I have too many valorstones!’

You just have a ton to buy right now

I dig up the mud holes for wax, you get them from that, I’m usually gathering or farming Alunira 24/7, so I do that while I do it, it’s just a passive valor stone gain, prolly why they nerfed it.

Also you get 10 per boss kill in Follower dungeons. Not exactly good, but eh, they’re mindless, you can literally do them while working remotely.

Edit: They removed valorstones from follower dungeons/heroics…

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. And Worldsoul events were a good way to get Valorstones. I’d like to know if it was nerfed or not.

Well the wax gob farm I’m pretty sure the nerfed it to 5 per instead of 10 per, can’t remember.

World Soul I don’t pay attention to valor stones, you do so many of them anyway.

Just play the game.

Mine have been giving 1-5 for a while now. So if that has been nerfed, it wasn’t recently.

It’s the only reason to do Worldsoul events, imo. Join a raid group, toss in 5, get like 500 Valorstones pretty fast. Dun.
