How difficult is it to learn MW for arena and mythics?

Just wondering, never played a healer before. So I want to play a healer that is friendly for beginners. Thank you.

Los is your friend. Learning to heal from pillars ect is the #1 advice for any healing pvper.

For pvp I always felt me was a good entry pvp healer spec, high mobility is a huge thing to healers.

For m+ right now it’s a bit harder, have to be very proactive like disc to make sure you are keeping RM (renewing mist) at all times on your grp.

It’s infinitely difficult if you don’t try. Best way to learn is just do it.

If you want a healer that is good for beginners that’s good in both I would try pally not monk. Monks skillcap for high keys in M+ is high. The top mistweaver in M+ is only 5k io and the top pally is now at 6.2k. That’s a pretty startling difference. I’m at 3k now and I can tell you I’m severely gimped compared to other healers. It’s really hard to keep up with things that honestly other healers can do while dpsing just fine.

Its easy, make sure you always have essence font on your targets.

You need to clarify for pve, because pvp font isn’t all that good, mostly a waste of mana.

no font is good in pve, i cast font on average for like 3 seconds because im a mastery based MW i hit my highest with gust of mist so it saves me mana in the long run 2-3 spells is now one cast, saves mana within 2 casts during heavy damage

Yes I agreed and then I said

You should almost never use this in M+… what? Ess font is purely for raiding. Beyond getting the quick mastery proc you shouldn’t channel it farther. You would never take upwelling in M+
