It was a tough raid when it launched. It’s been ages… but I recall a few tough spots. The dragon you have to heal, some mad scientist dude, then Arthas, of course (I was dead due to being kicked more than once.)
The difficulty is dependent on the aptitude, knowledge, communication, composition, et cetera of the group.
My advice: look at tutorial videos for each boss for every spec (tank, healer, melee, and ranged). Learn each fight and all of it’s aspects so that if your group is failing on a fight, you can then give humble advice (without being a douche canoe) about it.
ICC has been getting cleared on unofficial servers for over a decade. Marrowgar is probably the most defeated raid boss if you count the unofficial server kills. ICC is not too difficult as long as people know what they are doing, and 10+ years of practice will make it easier.
