M+ is a lot of fun when you have a good solid group. I tend to only go with guildies (guys ive been playing with for many many years).

Not enough interested from your guild? Best thing to do is start looking at group finder, trying out a few groups. When you find someone who you play well with, befriend them and then you can start hunting for more to complete your group.
There are people out there… just gotta look for them. If you are on Darrowmere or Windrunner, you are more than welcome to join us.
