Ret needs a flat 10% damage output nerf in all instanced PVP IMMEDIATELY!!! Until people figure out wtf is going on or what interaction is allowing 200k+ dps instantaneously
I just played 24 rounds of shuffle on my rsham (which by the way feels pretty strong) and on numerous occasion ret is just 2 shotting on contact during wings.
At this point it’s unacceptable for things like this to be happening every first 2-3 weeks of patch. I think everyone saw it coming. HOTFIX RET NERFS NOW!

It’s actually hilarious how focused people are on just hating ret paladin no matter what state they are in. Even now after the rework it’s pretty easy to be out damaged by many many classes in PvP yet you hear no complaints about them. Cough Cough demon hunter, warlocks, ele shamans (since the beginning of the xpac been busted)… Give it a rest.
They did ret’s good by making them tankier even though the mobility is questionably worse but they are able to keep pressure now with lower cd’s. I’m still almost positive that I was doing bigger burst damage before the changes but overall it feels good and competitive with other classes now.

Ret has always been a terrible spec. It’s either way too good, or completely useless.
