in the cinematic he starts to fall and we’re just supposed to believe she was not only able to drop whatever she was doing at the time , but also fly all the way out the the dragon isles in time to swoop this guy up within a matter of seconds?

You can see the flights colors in some flashes of the sky behind the clouds. That’s more a clue that the dragons are right there, they just can’t see the island yet until Koranos does his thing.

Well teleportation and mass teleportation is an ability in the warcraft universe we’ve seen used by mages like Khadgar and Jaina a few times now.
Who’s to say the dragons can’t do it too?

When the field came down, Nozdormu cast a spell to slow down time for Alextrasza so that she could very quickly arrive at the Dragon Isles in time to determine what exactly had brought down the protective barrier, with the spell set to expire when she reached Valdrakken.

If Nozdormu could stop time, we wouldn’t have had to step in to any of the last 10 crises affecting the WoW universe.
Bronze dragons are kinda useless.
My favorite part about that trailer is how after she catches him she then takes him on a series of aerial maneuvers that he may or may not wanted to be a part of.
I know he’s made of stone and probably doesn’t get airsick but that was still pretty rude.

They were already at the doorstep of the isles when koranos opened the gates to the isles that’s when Alex flew directly to tyrhold and saved him from falling.
