How Come The Grimrail Depot Train Doesn't Travel All Over Azeroth?

-Haunted ghost train Shadowlands version
-Holiday themed joy rides
-PvP armed with explosives
-Can crash into enemy faction town
-Players can turn tracks, remove tracks, place tracks, guide train
-Rob the train of precious valuables
-Tosses out goodies when train gets shacky
-Animal car for pets and mounts
-Oil car for lubricating weapons/armor for greater durability and/or oil needed to fuel
-World Boss depending on zones
-Find Pepe can be an RNG conductor
-Ghost train can only be seen at night and/or with special goggles
-Spells like Far Sight can see train coming early
-Offers an inn for a WoW first hearthstone RNG home as train is on the move
-Mobile mailbox, could steal other players mail off of an L-post and/or when train crashes
-Conductor (flight whistle) accesses the train at it’s nearest location
-Players could collect fuel, parts such as axles and wheels for loot rewards and expand train to new locations
-New train holiday such as WoW critters and mobs taking over the train, such as Hozen
-Zones can affect the train such as Northrend freezing the train
-Can collect parts to build your pet toy train collection
-Train CPU central core is corrupted, can be a World Boss
-Be guided into broken bridge, falls into gorge, STV Arena 2.0 treasures, repairs by next tuesday maintenance
-AFK Achievements such as taking the beauty of Azeroth in
-Baby elephant and mouse pet
-Transmog the train to show off Faction pride
-World Quests including removal of Cows and Yaks with Nessingway and D.E.H.T.A.
-Ghost train can relive moments like escorting Illidan’s train cage with the Warden
-Exodar can be repaired and abduct the entire train into it’s ship, turning it into FF7 Armagedddon
-Horde Peon and Alliance Peasant pet, carries 40 slot backpack
-Train can offer Doom Whistle reward: summon all mobs in an Instance to front door
-Overwatch’s Lucio skates for grinding track and fences

But yes, a train driving a round Azeroth that impacted gameplay would be pretty neat

it was another feature cut from WoD

edit: I mean it was supposed to travel around draenor
I don’t think its possible to do all over azeroth

It does! It’s called the tram and it moves between the only two cities that matter: Exodar and Gilneas.

You can’t have that. That’ll cost an entire raid tier, and dungeons because the team also needs to set up 3 more time-gated rep/mobility/power/gear systems for patch-exclusive features.

Yeah, the Deeprun Tram is nothing like what anyone here is discussing. You wait for the tram for a half minute and ride to Ironforge for a minute then get off. It doesn’t really impact the world; in fact it is quite obsolete actually.
